Rob Gee’s Stickie 3.0 Nymph ‘TieYourOwn’ Kit

Rob Gee’s Stickie 3.0 Nymph  TieYourOwn Kit is the next fly tying kit that Troutlore are offering in conjunction with April Vokey and Anchored Outdoors. Each month, premium members of the Anchored Outdoors site can get involved in a live online fly tying class with April as she takes members through a variety of classic and innovative new fly patterns that anyone can tie. In January 2023 it’s me, Rob from Troutlore leadinng the class with my extremely successful Stickie 3.0 Nymph.

If you somehow don’t know of April Vokey, you’ve probably been living under a rock, one of the very few rocks around the world that she has yet to turn over in her fishing, hunting and outdoor adventures. She has changed the face of fly fishing in a modern world and is now offering a brilliant resource of outdoor education content through the new site Anchored Outdoors. This is a complete tying kit with all the materials required to tie Rob Gee’s Stickie 3.0 Nymph, including the sought after Indulgent Caddis Blend dubbing.

This pattern will be featured in the January 2023 fly tying class on the Anchored Outdoors site. But you can tie it anytime! Anchored Outdoors members can go back and watch the classes any time they like when they need a refresher on a certain pattern. The materials offered in this kit are more than enough to tie your way through the hooks included.  Of course, there are links to all the products in case you only need to add a few items to your existing kit in order to take part in tying this pattern.
