Hareline Tungsten Thread

Hareline tungsten thread is extremely fine, strong and works well for tiny nymphs. The x-fine will tie a 28 and the fine is good for 12 thru 20. This material is actually wire but can be half hitched and adds a surprising amount of weight on smaller flies where lead creates too much bulk. 25 yards per spool. Tungsten Thread is extremely fine single strand wire for ribbings and adding weight to your flies. In some cases it can be used directly as a fly tying thread. Can be used for nymphs and other small flies when little extra weight is needed.

Extra Fine: 0.12 mm
Fine: 0.16 mm
