The Lost Fly supplies select fly tying materials, lovingly prepared in Tasmania, for the Australian fly tying market, including the newly available Lost Fly Mixed Ostrich Herl in a 3-colour mixed pack.

These Ostrich Herl packs offer 3 full plumes with fluffy herl fibers. They are dyed into three distinct colours chosen for the Australia fly tying community and their needs. The ostrich pieces are selected for quality and generously sized. Many uses for nymphs, salmon and steelhead flies. These also have a range of uses for native flies and saltwater patterns, but I know a lot of trout flyfishers are going to love the Dirty Olive colour for damsels in Victorian and Tasmanian lakes.
